Chris Matthews gave America (at least tens of tens of people in America who watch his show) a window into his hateful soul last night, when he proclaimed that he ‘forgot’ for an hour that the President was black. That means the rest of the time Chris Matthews only thinks about Barack Obama based on his color. Surely liberal and progressive bloggers will act immediately to get this hatemonger off the air! Glenn would like to announce that tonights shows in Tampa, Florida caused the President to look for another venue to announce his wasting $1.3 billion on a high speed rail connecting Tampa and Orlando. He feels really, really, really, really badly about that. Sort of.

Dennis John Kucinich (born October 8, 1946) is a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives and was a candidate for the Democratic nomination for President of the United States in the 2004 and 2008 elections.

Through his various governmental positions and campaigns, Kucinich has attracted attention for consistently delivering "the strongest liberal" perspective. This perspective and his actions, such as bringing articles of impeachment against President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney, and being the only Democratic candidate in the 2008 election to vote against invading Iraq, has often been in sharp contrast to the moderate tone the Democratic Party often adopted before the outcome of the 2008 elections.
